The Rexorcise upgrade program is for those users who want the performance and stability of the DVRex-M1 but do not want to spend an additional xxxxxFF on another hardware DV CODEC card.
The Rexorcise program converts an existing DV hardware CODEC product into a DVRex-M1. By using the original Sony DVBK-1 module from another DV hardware CODEC product, Canopus can convert your old card into a DVRex-M1 kit.
To qualify for the Rexorcise program your product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must use a Sony DVBK-1 hardware module
- The product must be in working condition
- The upgrade will proceed after Canopus tests and certifies that the current module meets performance requirements.
- The DVRex-M1 PCI card with your hardware CODEC
- The Canopus software DV CODEC
- The DVDock internal/external breakout box
- 2 x 1394 cables
- 2 DVDock cable (internal and external)
- Canopus Rex Test, Rex Edit, Rex Audio and Rex Video software
- DVRex-M1 Windows95 and Windows NT drivers
- New Canopus packaging and manual
- Full Canopus DVRex-M1 warranty
